We use WordPress and it’s ecosystem of software plugins for this website and set our software versions and plugins to be up to date (through automatic updates) to reduce risk of your contact information being accessed from a software vulnerability. WordPress is robust but not perfect.
The worst case scenario is your contact details being breached which is highly unlikely but always possible. Your contact details are likely publicly available in many other locations. On request, we can search and delete your contact details from our enquiry form database if you have conerns.
Your data should you become a client will also be in our accounting software and CRM and we cannot remove you from our accounting software. We are reliant on the providers of these softwares for their security being robust.
