Carpet Cleaning for Older Homes and Apartments in Yokine

Older homes and apartments are where you’re most likely to find wool or wool-blend carpet, or a good rug sitting over jarrah boards. Wool cleans beautifully, but it doesn’t like high heat or harsh, high-alkaline products, which can shrink it or leave brown marks. We check the fibre first and adjust the temperature and chemistry to suit.

Yokine is about 6 km north of the Perth CBD. Being part of Perth’s northern suburbs, the setting is the flat Swan Coastal Plain, with the usual mix of parks, reserves and established residential streets, and carpets here pick up what the setting throws at them.

Parking and building rules we plan around
Delicate fibres that need careful, even drying
Wool and wool-blend carpet that needs lower heat
Optional Scotchgard protection

The first thing we do in an older home is work out what the carpet actually is. Wool and wool blends need a gentler, pH-balanced clean and careful drying; rugs need a colour-run test before anything touches them. It’s a few extra minutes that save a lot of grief.

Our team covers Yokine along with Nollamara, Tuart Hill and Joondanna, seven days a week.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The cleaners went above and beyond and really had a keen eye for details in our Vacate cleaning at Prince Street, Queens Park for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired Perth Ultimate cleaners for 5 room carpet cleaning service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and courteous. They took the time to assess each room and addressed all the problem areas with care.

The results were outstanding—stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the carpets look and smell fresh, almost like new. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you're looking for a reliable and thorough carpet cleaning company, I highly recommend Ultimate cleaners. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
