Carpet Cleaning for Older Homes and Apartments in St James

We get out to St James regularly. It’s about 7 km south-east of the Perth CBD, in Perth’s inner suburbs, and the setting is the flat Swan Coastal Plain, with the usual mix of parks, reserves and established residential streets.

Older homes and apartments are where you’re most likely to find wool or wool-blend carpet, or a good rug sitting over jarrah boards. Wool cleans beautifully, but it doesn’t like high heat or harsh, high-alkaline products, which can shrink it or leave brown marks. We check the fibre first and adjust the temperature and chemistry to suit.

Stairs and lift access in apartment blocks
Parking and building rules we plan around
Delicate fibres that need careful, even drying
Pet odours that have soaked into the underlay side

Apartments and older places come with their own logistics: parking, lifts, stairs and building rules. Let us know when you book and we’ll plan around them so the clean runs smoothly.

If you’re in St James or nearby East Victoria Park, Victoria Park and Lathlain, we can usually find a slot within the week.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The cleaners went above and beyond and really had a keen eye for details in our Vacate cleaning at Prince Street, Queens Park for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired Perth Ultimate cleaners for 5 room carpet cleaning service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and courteous. They took the time to assess each room and addressed all the problem areas with care.

The results were outstanding—stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the carpets look and smell fresh, almost like new. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you're looking for a reliable and thorough carpet cleaning company, I highly recommend Ultimate cleaners. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
