End of Lease Cleaning in Mundijong

Newer rentals usually start with a near-perfect ingoing report, so the bar at the end is high. Our end of lease cleaning in Mundijong starts at $350 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home, and covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, laundry and garage.

End of Lease Cleaning in Mundijong You Can Rely On

Here at Perth Ultimate Cleaners, we handle bond cleans across Mundijong and the surrounding suburbs. Booking a professional clean lets you:

Reduce stress on moving day
Save hours of scrubbing during a busy move
Match a detailed, near-new ingoing report
Care for stone benchtops and newer fittings

We clean from the top down, finishing each room completely before moving on, and check everything against our checklist before we leave. We go beyond a basic clean by also taking care of:

Shower screens and tiles
Window tracks and sills
Skirting boards and light switches

We’re locally owned and operated, fully trained and insured, and available seven days a week, including weekends.

Need the carpets done as well? Add a carpet steam clean and get everything sorted in one booking.

Cleaning Newer Rentals in Mundijong

Mundijong is roughly 40 km south of the Perth CBD. As part of Perth’s southern suburbs, the setting is the flat Swan Coastal Plain, with the usual mix of parks, reserves and established residential streets, and rentals here have their own usual trouble spots.

Newer rentals usually start with an ingoing report full of photos showing near-new condition. The exit inspection compares against that, so the details matter: ducted aircon vents, glass splashbacks, stone benchtops, shower screens and large tiled floors all need to look like they did in the photos.

Bedroom carpets steam cleaned (optional extra)
Ducted aircon vents cleaned
Stone benchtops cleaned with neutral products
Skirting boards wiped throughout

Newer homes often have big open-plan tiled areas, a double garage and an alfresco. Our standard clean covers the garage sweep and alfresco, and the floors get vacuumed and mopped right through. Carpets in the bedrooms can be steam cleaned as an extra.

We work across Mundijong and nearby Cardup, Karrakup and Byford, along with the rest of the metro area from Two Rocks to Mandurah.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The cleaners went above and beyond and really had a keen eye for details in our Vacate cleaning at Prince Street, Queens Park for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired Perth Ultimate cleaners for 5 room carpet cleaning service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and courteous. They took the time to assess each room and addressed all the problem areas with care.

The results were outstanding—stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the carpets look and smell fresh, almost like new. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you're looking for a reliable and thorough carpet cleaning company, I highly recommend Ultimate cleaners. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
