Heaters, Cobwebs and Big Rooms in Lesmurdie

Rentals in Lesmurdie, roughly 20 km east of the Perth CBD, reflect their setting: the Darling Scarp, where jarrah and marri bush, gullies and larger treed blocks replace the flat coastal plain.

Spiders are part of hills living, and inspectors do check high corners, light fittings and window frames for webs. We go over all of them, along with the heater, the verandah and the garage sweep.

Garage and carport swept
Fans and light fittings dusted
Wood heater glass, hearth and surrounds cleaned
Oven cleaned inside and out

Hills rentals are usually bigger homes on bigger blocks, and many have a wood heater. The heater glass, hearth and surrounding floor collect soot and ash that needs cleaning before the inspection. Add in cobwebs under the eaves, around windows and in high corners, and the job takes more time than a suburban unit of the same size.

We work across Lesmurdie and nearby Carmel, Forrestfield and Kalamunda, along with the rest of the metro area from Two Rocks to Mandurah.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired Perth Ultimate cleaners for 5 room carpet cleaning service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and courteous. They took the time to assess each room and addressed all the problem areas with care.

The results were outstanding—stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the carpets look and smell fresh, almost like new. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you're looking for a reliable and thorough carpet cleaning company, I highly recommend Ultimate cleaners. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
