End of Lease Cleaning (eol_cleaning(suburb)}

Jolimont Bond Cleaning

End of lease cleaning in Jolimont, done thoroughly and priced upfront. In older homes and apartments, it's the oven, high ceilings and building access that take the planning.

Expert Bond Cleaners in Jolimont

Here at Perth Ultimate Cleaners, we handle bond cleans across Jolimont and the surrounding suburbs. Booking a professional clean lets you:

Degrease older ovens and rangehoods
Reduce stress on moving day
Save hours of scrubbing during a busy move
Plan around apartment lifts, parking and access

We clean from the top down, finishing each room completely before moving on, and check everything against our checklist before we leave. We go beyond a basic clean by also taking care of:

Ovens inside and out
Shower screens and tiles
Window tracks and sills

Whether you’re renting a one-bedroom apartment or a four-bedroom family home, we’ll tailor the clean to suit your Jolimont property.

Our prices are fixed by bedrooms and bathrooms, starting from $350, so there are no surprises on the day.

Book once the home is empty, ideally a day or two before your final inspection, and we’ll fit in around your handover.

Older Rentals and Apartments in Jolimont

Jolimont sits about 5 km west of the Perth CBD, in Perth’s western suburbs. The setting is the coastal plain within easy reach of the beach, where the afternoon sea breeze is a reliable part of the summer routine, and that shapes what a bond clean here needs to focus on.

Apartments come with logistics. Many buildings want lift bookings, have rules about access times and limited parking for tradespeople. Let us know when you book and we’ll plan around it, so the clean fits the move-out day rather than clashing with it.

High ceilings, cornices and light fittings dusted
Timber floors cleaned with timber-safe products
Lift bookings and parking planned ahead
Skirting boards wiped throughout

Timber floors are common in older homes and need the right approach: a damp mop with a timber-safe cleaner, never a soaking. We look after them so they come up clean without being damaged.

If you’re moving from Jolimont or nearby Daglish, Shenton Park and Crawley, we can usually fit in around your key handover.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The cleaners went above and beyond and really had a keen eye for details in our Vacate cleaning at Prince Street, Queens Park for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired Perth Ultimate cleaners for 5 room carpet cleaning service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and courteous. They took the time to assess each room and addressed all the problem areas with care.

The results were outstanding—stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the carpets look and smell fresh, almost like new. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you're looking for a reliable and thorough carpet cleaning company, I highly recommend Ultimate cleaners. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
