End of Lease Cleaning in City Beach

A bond clean in City Beach is the last big job before you hand the keys back. Near the coast, the details that trip people up are sand in the tracks and salt film on the glass. Prices are fixed by bedrooms and bathrooms, from $350.

Stress-Free Bond Cleaning in City Beach

At Perth Ultimate Cleaners, we provide thorough end of lease cleaning for tenants, landlords and property managers in City Beach. A professional bond clean helps you:

Sand, Salt and Sliding Doors in City Beach

City Beach sits about 9 km west of the Perth CBD, in Perth’s western suburbs. The setting is Perth’s sandy coastline, with dune systems, coastal reserve and beach access never far away, and that shapes what a bond clean here needs to focus on.

Coastal rentals tend to have sand everywhere it can settle: door tracks, window tracks, the bottom of wardrobes, the laundry floor. It’s the kind of thing a quick clean misses and an inspector’s finger finds. We work through the tracks properly and leave balconies and verandahs swept and wiped.

Sand cleared from sliding-door and window tracks
Salt haze cleaned off reachable glass and flyscreens
Balconies and verandahs swept and wiped
Older window frames and tracks detailed

Humidity near the coast means bathrooms can collect mildew on grout, silicone and ceilings. We treat it rather than just wiping over it, because a grey shadow in the shower corner is a common item on an exit report.

Older homes and apartments are common too, so we plan for older ovens and building access. Our team covers City Beach along with West Leederville, Wembley and Floreat, seven days a week.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The cleaners went above and beyond and really had a keen eye for details in our Vacate cleaning at Prince Street, Queens Park for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired Perth Ultimate cleaners for 5 room carpet cleaning service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and courteous. They took the time to assess each room and addressed all the problem areas with care.

The results were outstanding—stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the carpets look and smell fresh, almost like new. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you're looking for a reliable and thorough carpet cleaning company, I highly recommend Ultimate cleaners. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
